Furniture & Mattress Returns
We do not offer full returns on furniture or mattress purchases after delivery. If there’s a manufacturer defect or product concern, we’ll help resolve it through repair, replacement, or a warranty claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:
- Let our delivery team know right away
- We will document the issue and work with you to correct it
- Our goal is to resolve any delivery or product issue as quickly as possible
Order Cancellations
- In-stock items: Can be canceled prior to delivery
- Special orders: May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Custom furniture orders: Cannot be canceled once submitted to the manufacturer

All clearance, floor models, and special buys are final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation.
